Why is the WiFi in my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 not working?

Ever since I installed the Lollipop update on my Tab S, I've been getting many issues. The most annoying is that WiFi isn't working. I can connect to my WiFi network and it also says connected and very strong, however when i try to load any website or use any app that requires internet access it just keeps loading.
