Why is there a little guy icon in the bottom right-hand corner of my phone

When I click on him like a Bar opens up and scans the whole screen

Welcome to Android Central! It's the Accessibility Menu icon. To turn it off, go to Settings>Accessibility>Accessibility Menu, and turn it off.

Now that may work for Samsung phone but not all. On my Ulefone Note 13P Android 11, I just turned everything off in accessibility and now the little man is there but does nothing, which is good enough for me. Google. Never put anything on an Android screen, that owners can't take off. You're just generating phone calls for support to do so.

Glad you figured it out. To be clear, this icon would not have appeared on the screen if it weren't for something the user had done, either on purpose or by accident. It's not default.
