why is there a red X on the battery display on my Galaxy SIII

Have been having trouble charging Galaxy S3 phone. Notice a red X on the battery display, what does that mean?

Usually that the battery is bad.

Usually that the battery is bad.

Wrong. It means the charger isn't supplying 2 amps of current. That can happen if you have more than 1 device on the same charger.
If it charges, don't worry about it.
