Why is there no Headphone Notification?

In my G-935T S7 edge there is no Headphone notification despite I plug the head Phone. Despite of not having Headphone Notification the volume up-down key works and there is no problem in sound as music plays. However, I cannot accept and cancel calls or play music through its remote. Any Solutions?
