Why is there no kickstand?

So, upon doing some research, I discovered that the Inspire 4G won't have a kickstand. This threw me for a loop. I know the EVO 4G has it, but the Desire HD lacks it. This is a bummer for me, but not a deal breaker. Anyone else a little bummed about the lack of the kickstand on this device?

Because this is an exact replica of the Desire HD AT&T just added more memory and a Super LCD but other than that same phone

I also noticed that this has no kickstand and no front facing camera. Not deal breakers for me, either. I just have to ask myself how much I am willing to pay Verizon for slower speeds and less service.... I will have some hard choices to make when Verizon announces how much they think LTE is worth...

It's not a dealbreaker for me. It would be nice though. It seems really easy to put on. I wonder why they didn't do it.

My hands work just fine. If you get to the point where the phone become a burden to hold, you should probably start working out.

i guess because of the way the Inspire is designed. kickstands on the Evo/Thunderbolt are possible because of that one piece battery cover they have.
but i guess designers couldve found a way to fit a kickstand on the Inspire. but i wouldn't know.. haha

The point of the kickstand is so that you can watch videos with the phone on a counter or table while you do other things with you hands.

There is nothing about a kickstand that even makes me want one. If i'm going to watch something on my phone for that long, then I'll just use my computer.

I must disagree with ya bud!

The kickstand on my Evo is such a valuable feature!
While watching a movie,youtube,Sprint TV,video chatting,
and even browsing the net the kickstand makes for an almost
hands free device!

If there are any cases for the Inspire that comes with a kickstand?
Even a horizontal dock will do!

I would recommend getting one in a heart beat!
