Can I find out if someone is using my broadband using this please

First, what is "this"?

Second, unless you're running your hotspot (tethering), no one can use your mobile data.

If you want to find out if they're using your router, connect to the router with a web browser and look to see what's connected to it. (In most routers, you can disconnect anything you don't recognize. If someone yells, they can reconnect before you make it permanent.)
