why isn't my activity zone working

I have been trying to open my activity zone with my active key...as well as just opening the app. nothing is working

I am having the exact same problem on my galaxy 6 active. I press the activity key and just a white screen shows and freezes my phone. HELP!! it just won't open.

Started 2 days ago cleared cache and data rebooted phone did not help.at that time no posts showing an issue
