Why isn't my Alarm in silent mode working?

Alarm in silent mode issues and bluetooth automatic streaming music

I have an LG Ultimate 2 through Straight Talk with 4.4.2 OS. For the most part I love it, but I am having some issues. I have used both the stock quiet mode and Do Not Disturb, and both will not let the alarm ring despite the setting in the alarm settings being checked for it to do so. I'm using the stock alarm.

Another question. I have bluetooth in my car for my phone and every time I start the car, my phone starts playing music, but I don't notice it until I look at my phone since my radio is not set on bluetooth. Is there anyway to disable it from doing so, or an app that I can use instead of this one that will not do this?

In default Alarm allways ring, just try set time again.

Sometime the alarm works with out silent mode. They call only the sound not connect with mobile mode.
