Why isnt my camera recording

Hey guys, i have a samsung galaxy s8 and for some reason i can take photos but i cant recors video or slow motion. I have tried using safe mode and that didnt help. I have no idea whats going on. Please help

Welcome to Android Central! Is it set to save to Internal Storage or the SD card? If the latter, what happens if you change it Internal?

Reset your camera settings and try again.

Camera -> Settings -> Reset settings (all the way to the bottom).
