Why isn't my email syncing for all settings on my Galaxy 6?

email not syncing for "all" setting on Galaxy 6

even though there is an option to sync all emails, that setting does not work on my phone. my email only shows up on the 30 day setting. when set to the all email syn, i do not receive emails at all. i have done factory reset, and spoken to samsung directly and they have done a remote clearing of cache and everything. backed up and restored and still nothing. have added and deleted my account several times. Any answers?
