Why isn't my Gear 2 Neo giving me a notification of incoming phone calls?

Gear 2 Neo won't indicate incoming phone calls

All other notifications work. I CAN make a outgoing call from the Neo. It WILL indicate the MISSED call, but will not ring or vibrate when an incoming calls is coming in. I reset the Neo and the phone, but so far no luck.

Any ideas?

I restarted the the phone and re-set the Gear 2.
