Google Maps doesn't Navigate properly

I have Galaxy Note 4 with T-Mobile service. Since last week I am noticing that my Google maps while navigating is off the path. When I am on highway, it will show me on an adjoining street on the freeway and keep on showing direction to enter freeway. I have noticed that it always shows me parallel to my actual location and often assumed that I am on parallel street. I think it is detecting my location off by few distance parallel to my actual location I checked the location services is in High accuracy mode. I am android 5.0.1

Not sure if anybody else has faced this problem and knows how to correct it.

Make sure your mobile data is on and your GPS is on.
The symptoms remind me of a time when I turned off my data and forgot about it.
I think the reason it is showing you on a parallel street is cause your wifi is being used to read your location.
Anyways, try those things and report back.

My note 4 on ATT does the same thing once in a while. I fix it by taking it off the cradle and holding it close to the windshield for a few seconds. It then requires a good signal and it will be fine for a few days....
