Why isn't my Google Play & Internet working?

Google Play & Internet not working

When I go into Google Play I get the "No connection. Retry" message. When I go into the browser to get to Google Play I get a message stating "browser not supported". How do I either get into Google Play or update my browser without Google Play? The wifi signal is great and everything. Regular web pages work also. Just Google Play related items are affected. Help!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on mobile data as well?

Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back.
