Why isn't my LG G4 charging (used different chargers) on 0 when plugged in?

Could be either one.
If you have insurance, check with your carrier for possible repair.

Does the charging port appear to be bent or damaged? Has water gotten into it by any chance? You said you've used different chargers, so it's unlikely to be a charging cable issue. Perhaps try ordering a battery to see if that helps. If not, you may need to send it for repair.
