Why isn't my mobile data working?

I have an lg spirit 4G from metro pcs. Since yesterday, my data has only one arrow going up. The arrow going down is not lighting up you could say.Because of this, i can't use the data. Everything else, including signal is working fine.

Welcome to the forums.
It may be a temporary problem with the carrier. Have you checked with them?
