why isn't my phone battrie working?

hey sir
i bought a new batrrie yestreday i charged for 6 hours and the next day i was palying with it untill it was Battery ratio 7/100 i turned off my phone then i plugged my charger to my phone and it wasnt charging i tryed many ways but its doesnt want to charge.
help me please and thanks.

What kind of battery? The S8/8+'s battery is not user replaceable. Are you talking about a portable battery that you plug into your phone?
