Why isn't my Samsung Note 5 responding properly?

samsung note 5 is not responding properly.

i bought a new Samsung note 5 from amazon. After 10 days i am facing screen problem. Sometimes Left most top corner of screen is not responding meanwhile other part of screen is working. After 2 or 3 min the dead part respond.

Mine just started doing this today. I wondered if it was just the app. A reboot solved it but now it's returned. I also did a hard reset a few days ago. Never dropped and always in a case.

samsung note 5 is not responding properly.

Try temporarily disabling Facebook Messenger, if you are using.
If that works, please let us know. Others are experiencing this and we need to find the cause.

I wiped my cache and that seems to have fixed it for now.
