Welcome to Android Central! Was it working completely normally before the reset? It's always hard to tell what the root problem is with these off-brand devices, since there's a greater chance of hardware or firmware defects.

2 options.
Match 1 and reset to the factory to do with, for example, after the reset has been dropped tablet. Ie mechanical failure.
2. If the phone firmware driver touchpad poured separately, so when dropped on the plant, it does not know where to take a screen driver.
Most likely need to reflash. Find the latest firmware for it and to flash, or take it to a service.
