Why many companies have not yet approved Microsoft Exchange email server access in Android

Though android supports, full device encryption most of the companies does not provide exchange email server access from Android devices, which i think is one of the reasons why iPhone still dominates in corporate world. What does it take for android to provide trust that companies need?
