Why my andoird tablet is rebooting every 2 mins when I'm in wifi mode?

My android tablet I bought one week ago is rebooting since yertersday when I'm connected in wifi.

I tried a reinitialisation but it doesn't work and I've always the same problem... I've a moonar tablet 16 GB

Welcome to Android Central! Since it's new, I would just bring it back for a refund or exchange. I've never heard of that brand before--budget/off-brand devices have a higher chance of faulty hardware or firmware.
