Why my android tablet camera is not working version jelly bean version 4.1.1?

Hello Everyone I am Joseph from Philippines.

My problem is my android camera version jelly bean 4.1.1 is not working. All features and app in my tablet is ok except the camera I don't know what happen I try to delete all pictures in my gallery and also my folders. But still is not working

Please help me to restore it Thank you
