Why my e-mail account can't be complete synchronizing?

Hi all
I have an issue with my business e-mail synchronizing , I have around 8000 mails in my mailbox , it's starting synchronization properly but then stop synchronizing physically even it's showing last update just now.
My e-mail since 2015 till date.
I have installed it at first time got stopped synchronizing for mails 2016 October.
Then I have removed it and installed it again, In that time after almost 5 days synchronizing reached 2018 November and stopped.
Again I removed it and installed again after a week still stopped on 2016 October.
Do any one face this issue and how it was sorted out?

Yes dear, the settings are done correctly and start synchronizing properly, but after some time stopping and not all mails showing.
Note: I have more than 8k mails in my email box for last 3 years...
I don't know if that related to the capacity some how despite the storage capacity is not full.
Or is there some limitations not like I phones🤔
I had Galaxy note 3 years ago and I never face this issue with Galaxy nor I phones.

Have you tried setting up the email account on the phone, then just leaving it alone for a week or two? You're syncing 4 years of emails - it's going to take time (not just a few days - it depends on the email server).

That's right. I agree and that what I did I have left it to synchronize but as I mentioned before it got stopped, I keep patient and watching for another couple of days.
But no improvement, I did so for 3 times over last 3 weeks.

I am using the original mail app on the mobile, same what I used on the Galaxy note and I Phone.

Is there an option in the Email app to specify how far back (or how many emails) to sync? If there is no option there, then it's possible there's a built-in limit to how many emails it will sync (much like how the calendar app will typically only sync back a certain number of events in the past, even if you have many more events before that).

That happens when I select all,
What you mentioned about the limitation is make sense.
I think this is the case, despite I happy to switch from ios to android.
But actually this is a crucial point for my work and I never faced it with Galaxy nor I Phone!!!
 
Have you tried using another email client? You can start with the Gmail app, but there are a number of other 3rd party email apps you can try, like AquaMail or Blue Mail.
