Why my galaxy A5 freeze when i plug in my headphones

So yesterday i touched google music play for the first time, few minutes before i used my headphones and everything worked fine after that they started doing problems (freeze and restart until i unplug ) so i tried disable the app because it caused many ppl problems before , clean the headphones socket with cotton tried them on other devices and they worked fine tried to delete the app and nothing work

Any solution ?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist after a reboot? If so, does this happen with other headphones? If your headphones are the kind with a mic and remote controls, try using a very basic pair of headphones without either of those features. Does it still cause problems?
