Why my Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) won't update?

Hey, I got my GS4 and it came with 4.2.2. Today, trying to update to the next version it says "the latest updates have already been installed" my GSIII has the 4.3 version so I guess the GS4 has to have, at least, the 4.3 version. I don't know, please help me with that.

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier do you have? Updates over the air often depend on both the manufacturer and the carrier.

My current carrier is Orange (i'm from DR), but my sister's GS4 has the 4.4.2 version and i cant update mine, why is that?

Do you both have Orange?

Yes, the only difference between hers and mine is that her GS4 is blue and has 4.4.2 while mine is white and has 4.2.2

There's a problem.. Apparently my phone doesn't exists 'cause i don't see this model anywhere :l

The website is intended for the US, so if you have an international phone, it might not show up there.
