Why my Galaxy S5 G900fd touch not working ??

[AC Question]

I have samsung galaxy S5 g900fd it was working good but once i have restored the phone from setting and after restoring my touch is stuck on welcome screen now the touch screen is not working but the bottom buttons are working because when the light is off and i tap on back button then the lights become on. Please tell me the possible solution . Sorry for bad english

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like you did a factory reset -- is there a reason you did that? Was something not working before the reset?

Try booting into Safe Mode -- does the problem persist? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28456
