Why my note 5 won't turn on but the blue led light is blinking

The note 5 will not come on, but the blue led light is blinking

Welcome to Android Central! Does it vibrate or make any sounds at all (e.g., if someone calls your phone)?

When it locks up like that, hold the volume up then the power button. Keep holding them until the android appears then release the power button. When the menu appears, use the volume buttons to scroll up and down them the power button to select "Wipe Cache Partition". Once that finishes, select reboot from the menu. I do the partition wipe periodically and have to say, I think the phones runs better.
