Why my phone doesnt show pictures edited in photoshop?

I opened the link in my phone and downloaded it and i can finally see the picture. like 15 other people tried to solve it but nobody helped.. thank you so soooo much.. i apreciate your help so muchhh

No it doesn't. There would seem to be an issue in the transferring then.
