Why my phone is heating so much

[Android Central Question]

I bought a new phone 20 days ago and now within 5 min it started heating. Apps which I have are pubg cod instagram Facebook whatsapp that's it. Now I don't know what is happening. Battery is also going so fast. Device is realme 8 . 128 gb .5000mah.

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you buy it from? Look at the Settings>Battery stats -- what is using the most battery? Make sure you tap the Menu button and then the Show All Battery Usage so that it also shows you system processes.
