My user data is around 7 GB WHILE MY phone is 32 gb Samsung galaxy note 5. But it's just showing 980 available space. While unnecessary data like cache , unused files 3rd are already clear. How to fix it?
command. That will show you the storage formatting. The last line (it's easier to understand in landscape mode) is all you have for apps and data - and it's nowhere near 32GB. The rest, as you'll see by reading the names, is for various parts of the system.
I am having the same issue. I really love my note 5 but I only have 4GB internally and I have the 64GB model. I have done 8 factory resets in the past 2 months but the bloatware from the system installed apps is taking up almost all my RAM. Honestly most of them don't work so I have 2 questions...can I find these system apps for my note 5 to update them? I have searched and have no luck...or how can I access my 'ROM" memory to store these dead apps? I'm running nougat 7.0.
