Why my phone wont charge from power bank???

Hi guys. My problem is with charging my Samsung S3 Neo from power bank. I have two power banks and both dont seem to work with my phone. The first power bank is a MI power bank 10 000 mAh and the other one is blun power bank 2600mAh. I have tryed so many diffrent cables for samsung that is unbelievable and i still dont notice the problem. The power banks work to my friends phones but not to myne. My phone is charging normaly with the cabel and adapter and i can charge the power banks but when i want to charge my phone with the power banks there is no result. Please someone help.
