why my samsung galaxy grand 2 (sm-g7102) showing that my ram is only 1gb and 865mb ram usable?

i use cpu-z,hw info and device identifier apps and they showing all spec is like official samsung galaxy grand 2 except its ram.usable ram is only 865mb.the official is 1.5gb ram.pls help me

Welcome to Android Central! I remember a similar post a while ago. Are you sure it's a Grand 2, and not a Grand Neo (which has 1 GB RAM)? What's the exact model number of your phone?

Another possibility is that you have a clone or knockoff. Compare the appearance of your settings menus with examples from the web--a different-looking settings menu can be a telltale sign of a knockoff phone.
