Why my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini wont turn on even if i charge it?

Hey guys i need solutions about my samsung galaxy s3 mini

It doesn't turn on even if i charge it, i left the phone charging all night, all day, 8 or more hours, i removed the battery and put it on again, i tried to turn on the phone with the battery out and the charger connected, i tried the trick about holding the power button by 20,30,40 seconds with the battery out and then putting it again and tried everything and nothing work. :'(

I bought a new battery and the phone didn't turn on, so i want to know what is the problem.

I reaally looove this phone! so if you know any solutions or you fix your s3 mini or whatever phone pleasee tell me! or if you know why this happen, if is the battery or the phone or whatever tell me too!!, thanks everybody.

Possibly a failure of the power button or its associated circuitry, or some other internal failure?

I dont think so, the power button it seems fine when i push it, but maybe could be a internal failure?? how could i know if the problem is internal??
