Why my samsung s8+ have a keep wifi button in wifi advanced settings and why a lot of settings are

Hi i have a samsung that has mutiple issues that i can't seem to resolve and baffles the local samsung tech shops my phone doesn't have a wifi stay on feature and the adaptive wifi is disabled it won't let me activate it and the camera throws a code when trying to use any feature that requires the camera even though i have done almost everything besides replacing the cameras please help!?!?
