why my TWRP is saying error flashing zip ' /external_sd/INS-blah blash ?

[AC Question]

my samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0 SM T231 was in a boot loop. so i factory data reset it but i accidently clicked format data so it formatted data. . I am having TWRP installed so i factory data resetted it by using it. SO, to flash my stock rom we have to enable USB
Debugging . USB Debugging is not enabled . my frnds said to flash it through TWRP DIRECTLY .
TWRP says error flashing zip file

it says

Hi and Welcome to AC!

Does TWRP have external SD support to flash ROMs on your device? If not, you may need to move it to internal to flash.
