WiFi calling is dependent upon the carrier supporting the feature, as well as the device having support for it with your carrier. Android Central is not affiliated directly with Google, your carrier or your device manufacturer and as such has no ability to drive adding WiFi calling for you. You should contact your cellular provider to see if they can assist.

I suggest not posting personal details such as your address (which I don't see having any bearing on supporting WiFi calling) on a public forum such as this.
