Man, this thing is ugly and super thick. There's no way to put that in a pocket. It completely kills all the joy of having such a sleek device.

Yeah....that's Zerolemon. I thing think they should go a bit smaller in capacity but I'm not in the business of making it.

Mophie is the kind of smaller capacity, so they carved a market of their own.

I'm on my second cycle and I have one light.. I've charged my phone from 20-100 twice.

Second full discharge, all totalled up to 165%. Looks like this is what everyone is saying. Since I'm trying to do the full 6 discharges, I didn't charge last night. Definitely is going to give me two full days of regular use. I'll post my full stats as soon as it runs out tonight.

Nice. I'm still on my second discharge and still got 2 LED lights.

I'm not sure if the 6 full charge/discharge is necessary because those are the same directions on their extended removable batteries like the LG G4 and Note 3 and 4. I always assumed for those that the batteries are removable these charge/discharge cycles is to help condition the phone to the new larger battery. I could be wrong though ...

Will there ever be a day where this type of battery life is built into the phone? The Moto mods are so intriguing to me, even though the battery add on is essentially a battery case, it is a smart battery that acts as an internal battery. Unfortunately they still lack waterproofing and a decent camera, until then, I have to stay away.

What did you charge it to to have GSAM not restart the stats?

I agree with you. Wish phone makers start putting in larger batteries and stop caring so much about the design and slimness of phones. There are some phones that come with a 4000 mAh battery (can't remember which), but given the way we beat up our phones, I doubt we'd get thru an entire day with that either lol

One thing I miss are removable batteries. Unfortunately it seems like that's gonna be a thing in the past. I like the option of adding a larger battery, or even just carrying around 2-3 fully charged batteries and hot swapping them out whenever I needed to

Try unninstal facebook and messenger app if you use it, it would improve battery life noticly.

In an earlier post, he mentioned he's using a blood glucose monitoring app which is on constantly, which drains his battery.

Yeah, what mchi5 said. I could carry a separate device and get the added battery life on my phone, but that's just something else to keep charged plus then I couldn't have a watch face on my Android Wear watches that shows my blood sugar constantly. Now what kind of diabetic tech enthusiast would I be if I didn't take advantage of that!

Nice man. How do you like the LG watch? Thought of getting a smartwatch but not sure which. And after I tried the Pebble it turned me off big time haha. Prob why they went belly up...

And it's amazing how far technology has come. You can monitor important medical stuff right from your wrist

And update. Glad I got this Zerolemon case. My LG G6 battery life is horrible!

This morning woke up at 8am. Have the day off. Kids and wife still asleep so I surfed Facebook, posted comments about cars (love them cars!), Read some articles thru Flipboard and Feedly apps, commented and posted on Tapatalk (obviously), played about 6-7 rounds of Clash Royale, and after about 1.5 hrs, battery went from 100% -74%. Wtf?!?

I'm more into the European sports cars, super sedans.

And yeah I knew about FB draining the battery. Tried the FB lite but didn't like how it looked or felt and how when you liked something it popped up a weird box. Just over experience on the lite is lacking for me...

I occasionally post pics and videos. Usually of my kids for family members. I'll see how I like the chrome shortcut

Sucks because you know FB executives know what a battery hog their app is but no one seems to care, since the so many people installed their app

Yeah. Maybe pixel 2 will be much an improvement. But since no micro SD card it's a deal breaker for me
