Why recommend ankor 10k mAh when seller says it doesn't charge Quest 2?

In fact I'm pretty sure other places have recommended the same charger. I don't see how they connect it to the Quest 2 without some kind of converter. None of them mentioned the need for a converter it's all very bizarre to me. I don't know what's going on.
