why the screen works with s pen not with hand plz fix it give details setting so that i can use it

The hand works with the digitizer. The S-Pen works with the S-Pen layer (it's electric, not capacitive like the digitizer). If the digitizer isn't working, the pen can still be working.

Caller ID can be blocked by the caller, it could be a problem with your phone, it could be a problem with your carrier ... it can't be diagnosed without having the phone to check.
