Why there are nothing left in my gallery after I moved it to sd card?

I use oppo a37 and it says that my storage is insufficient and moved it into sd card but then I lost all my files and photos that very important to me.

What should I do to get back my photos?

I lost my photos after have been transferred to sd card.

Which app was used to transfer the files?

Did you do a MOVE command or a COPY command?
Sometimes android goes bad moving files from one "drive" to another, which sometimes results in the files being lost forever.

Use a file manager app to look directly in the SD card -- can you still see the files there?
