"why Unfortunately, the process.android.process.acore has stopped" ?

[AC Question]

when I try to call even when I touch my mobile (GT-s7562, duos) it display"Unfortunately, the process.android.process.acore has stopped" please help me how to solve.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, there's no single answer to the acore error. It usually has to do with contacts, but there can be many causes.
