Why/What are these folder/files named Debug Log in my internal storage?

A folder named "file_tree.txt" with debug log files with
file names:
atf
bsp
crash
events
kernal
mblog
main
scp
sspm
sys
mt
radio.
They appeared on my Nokia 2.3 android 11 a while back, not exactly sure when. I'm not familiar with files such as these and have no clue why they had suddenly appeared in my file manager. I would gladly attach a screenshot but I dont see a way of doing it. Do you think they pose a security risk or what??

Yeah, hard to say. Probably leftover files from some app you have/had installed. Could try deleting them see what happens, but first save the folder somewhere so if things go awry you can add the file back to your internal storage.
