Why will my games not open to start the game on my games on goggle play on my LG G Stylo???

I just bought a new phone the LG G Stylo and went to goggle play and downloaded summoners war and kritika.The games will download,but when it comes to the start up page it those nothing but beep when i press start on summoners war and just stays on the open page on kritika.i have soft reset and that didn't help please help me.

Well i have the same issue with the lg stylo,cant play summoners war ,can someone help ?
