why will my Trio Stealth G4 7 v2 , not down load apps from the app store

all wifi is connected , when "install" is started all it does is sit there , the lines that look like its down loading , just run back and forth , thats it

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, then go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account completely, then add it back.
