Why Will You Get The V30?

I've had the Note 8 since launch and unfortunately it's just too tall. I wish Sammy would do away with the edge screen and 18.5 aspect ratio. Those combined create a narrow, way too tall display imo.

I'm sick of my Galaxy S7. I like its features but it's gotten very laggy. The thermal throttling is terrible. As soon as the temperature bumps it slows down terribly. Living in Phoenix Arizona this can easily happen in ambient conditions. Also streaming media via Bluetooth broke again for my Volkswagen with the latest update last week.

As for the V30 itself I'm very excited about the video and audio recording capabilities, the quad DAC as I'm a bit of an audiophile, the attention given to thermal management, Bluetooth aptx. The unexpected $200 Visa gift card and free Daydream headset promo made the decision all the easier.
