Why won't apps install on my Galaxy S3?

Apps wouldnt install on galaxy s3

Hi, whenever i download apps (non play store) my phone goes to the verify and install stage, but the install button is gray, this has started to happen around 1 month ago, its a big headache i cant use or update any apps ive downloaded. Ive cleared cache of download app and restarted but still no success. Any help will be very appreciated ^-^

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a screen-dimming app installed, like Lux? These kinds of apps can oddly render Install buttons inoperative. Try deactivating or uninstalling that app, and then try again.
