Why won't apps install on my LG G3?

apps won't install on my lg g3

no app from the google play store will install. i've restarted the phone, force stopped google play. all i see is the download bar (the green and white bar).

It could be your Play store log in, are you trying to install over wifi or cellular connection, it could be that. Have you done a soft reset. Also you should wipe the Play Store Cache out, and uninstall the last Play Store update and see if that helps.
