Why won't BBM work unless I am on wifi?

[AC Question]

Problems with BBM on S5 after N12 upgrade

Before the N12 upgrade i used BBM messenger with not problems. I could make a call and use the wifi while using BBM. Now BBM doesn't work when I am connected to the wifi or on a call.
What can I do to fix this? Is it a BUG or a setting?
