Why won't facebook and browsers not connect while in 4g

I was unable to connect to facebook or internet browsers on my samsung s8 while in 4g yet other apps work fine. They work on WiFi and also if I switch settings to 2g/3g only. I have already been in safe mode and deleted my most recent apps and I have also cleared the cache partition. And yes I have tried switching flight mode on/off etc and restart device. Is there anything else I could try?

I had the same problem in some locations where wifi was weak. When I turned WiFi off they work fine. Of course, one must remember to turn WiFi back on.
