Why won't my Droid Razr Max suddenly allow me to download any apps?

my droid razr max suddenly won't allow me to download any apps.

I hard reset my phone and tried through google play again. But nothing works, i get the error -11 or -24 contact support for help. Is there any way to fix this?

Are you signed in to your Google account? Try going in to your settings, applications, all apps, find the Play Store app and clear the data.
