Why won't my Droid Turbo send/receive mms from AT&T users?

Droid Turbo wont send/receive mms from at&t users

Hey,everyone. I'm new here. I just bought a droid turbo - 64gb limited edition on Verizon. I have an issue that i can neither send nor receive MMS from at&t users. Whether it be media or group texts. I'm on the latest software update for it, 21.44.8. And have tried all the work arounds without resolution. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Previous phone an iPhone by chance?

If you came from an iPhone you need to turn off I message. Apple "routes" your SMS to their service.

Yeah, I have issues that I am still trying to work out. Texts get delayed. Not all but enough to raise a red flag. Have real big issues with group mssg. Miss many of the replies from people in the group...sucks.

Was having issues receiving calls as well.

Maybe we can get a few bucks outta apple with the class action...heh heh.
